My wife and I just built a home with Robert Lucke Homes. Initially, I was concerned about the process of building a home, because of the horror stories that I have heard in the past about home builders. I have to say that this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. In an age where customer service seems to be lacking, these guys are amazing and are super customer service oriented. They have perfected a way to train all of their staff to provide amazing customer service in the same manner as the Ritz Carlton hotel chain. Randy LaMar was very helpful in helping us find the perfect plan and site for us, and even continued to work hard on our behalf after we passed on the first lot he showed us. After we passed on the first lot we were looking at, he quickly brought us another lot that was FSBO. He happily negotiated the purchase of that lot for us in a swift manner. After he found us the lot , he continued to provide us his thoughtful opinion and commentary during the plan review process. He is not only a salesman, and has a great eye for design and architecture and understood the type of look we were going for.
After this we worked with Janie Walkup for roughly 3 months straight picking out selections. Janie worked very closely with my decorator in putting together beautiful colors and selections for our home. She was very organized and a pleasure to work with.
We had some very important deadlines that we had to meet, and get our house done by a certain date. As the home got closer to completion the owner Scott Lucke met with me on several occasions, giving me updates on the status of the home and stressed to me how hard they were working to get it done in time for me. He brought in his rockstar construction guy Tom Laroque, who was able to get the home done for me by my deadline. We are very happy with our home and look forward to living in it for many years to come.

From our first meeting with Andy to our closing with Elizabeth, it was an exciting, adventurous and educational experience. Everyone on your staff was a delight to work with.
Andy introduced us to the models and aided us to make our decision on the lot and the style of our new house. Jim was patient and insightful in drawing up our plan. Lana was a humorous, encouraging presence through the complicated process of appointments and re-appointments. Janie kept us in stitches during the number of hours we took to make decisions.She was never surprised or disappointed that we had "changed our minds." Janie was very helpful by introducing us to new products and interpreting our ideas to various vendors.
Tom is very well suited for his job!!! He interacts with clients patiently and guides us to appropriate decisions regarding building materials and their application. He too is unflappable in the face of our ignorance and indecision. We greatly appreciate his professional knowledge and skill.
And Elizabeth, the one we challenged most! Elizabeth did an outstanding job of processing our loan and managing our closing. We are extremely grateful for her kind and forgiving character.
The bottom line is: You have built a team of wonderful, skilled, customer-oriented staff who served us extremely well. Thank you! We will tell everyone we know of this very enjoyable experience.

The Robert Lucke Group helped my wife and I with an extensive remodel of our home and we are absolutely thrilled with the job. We love the house and working with Tom was incredible. I was completely amazed by how incredible he made the experience. Thank you for all of your help in the process also. You put a lot of time into it many years earlier probably not thinking anything would ever come from it. I appreciate that, and that is one of the reasons we chose to go with Lucke. At the end of the day I am very thankful that we did. I couldn't have imagined having had a better group of people to work with.
Dear Mr. Lucke, Thank you to you and your staff for responding to our request to repair our master bathroom tile floor. We realize that it has been five years since we closed on the house and we appreciate your continued willingness to support your homes.
The work was done in the agreed upon time frame and the house was left in immaculate condition. Today, the floor looks better than it ever has. The tiles all match and the grout is one color throughout. We truly hope this fifth repair will be the last. We have enjoyed our home and do not wish for this floor to be a continuing problem. You are resuming building in Catalpa Ridge and we continue to extol the virtues of Lucke Homes.
I wish to comment on my recent experience with Robert Lucke Homes. We have been the proud owner of a Lucke Home for 5 years. The process from contract, to design, construction, closing and “after the sale” follow-up has exceeded our expectations.
I have worked in the real estate industry 22 years and am not aware of any builder who would accept any responsibility beyond the 1st year guarantee. Robert Lucke Homes is truly above the crowd.

...I’m writing to you for two reasons. First, I want to let you know how very much my wife and I like our new home your company built at Catalpa Ridge in Lebanon. Secondly, it would be terribly wrong if I did not acknowledge the fine team of Lucke employees who worked hard throughout the building process to make our experience a pleasant one.
Our new home is our retirement home and replaces a larger house we have lived in for 28 years. The quality and workmanship we see in the new home is very pleasing.
…Mr. Lucke you can be most proud of your employees we worked with in our first new home building experience. I’m not sure if they are all blessed with natural abilities, talents and people skills, or whether you sent them to charm school. Nevertheless they certainly make a favorable impression when dealing with customers such as us. Each person we met on your team seems to be the right person in the right job. They know their business and perform their duties with confidence, experience, and a desire to please the customer. We are quite impressed.
…As for the mechanics of how your home building business works, I was further impressed with your rigorous systems and processes designed to provide a quality home. It was quite pleasing to see that past learning experiences have been built into the current routines, check lists, templates, and other methods used to build a home from scratch. At this point, we would be happy to recommend your company to anyone we know who would be interested on building a new home.
When we chose your company as our builder in early 2003, we had no idea how the process would unfold, or what our overall experience would turn out like. This was our first opportunity to build exactly the home we wanted. Both of us come from a construction background and were pretty familiar with the process. Growing up we listened to the dinner conversations regarding the challenges with managing contractors, developers, and inspectors. We both became convinced that may construction project, regardless of scope was “Managed chaos” at best. Our visit to the job site were always pleasant.
The reason I am writing you this letter is to compliment you on your entire organization. It has been over a year now since we closed on our home in Four Bridges. Claudia and I wanted you to know that our experience with your company has been one of the best customer service experiences that we have encountered. Your entire group from those that assist with selections, drawings, construction management, supervision, and after the first year lunch list corrections, are all very knowledgeable and customer focused. We never experienced an issue that could not be resolved.
After year one, I expected a rushed process that would inevitably dodge responsibility and attempt to get out of addressing necessary corrections. I have to blame my skepticism on years of disappointment for various construction experiences. In this day of complainers, which I am sure you may hear from frequently, I would be remiss in not taking the time to thank you, and compliment your entire staff. It is important for you to know this from a happy customer.
