When starting the plan design process for customers, we can design plans from scratch as well as make modifications to any existing floor plans and/or elevations to accommodate our customer’s style and budget. We partner with a dedicated and award-winning registered architect to ensure our customers are exposed to the latest styles and ideas in custom home design.
Expected Building Time
Lucke averages 10-12 months from when you sign your contract to the day you move in. Once under contract, our customers average 60 days to get through the final plan design and selections process prior to the start of construction. This is one of the most important aspects in building a home. We excel at making this process as smooth and complete as possible for you, as there are numerous decisions to be made.
Customize Your New Home in Our Design Center
We have a design center located at our office in Symmes Twp. This design center has a professional interior designer to help you choose from the highest quality materials available, as well as keep our buyers from having to run all over town to make their selections.
When it comes to selections and interior design, our Selections Coordinator helps in guiding you through the process and helps tie your style into the design concepts that you’re striving to achieve. We are also more than happy to refer a qualified personal Interior Designer for those who may need help with furnishings and drapery.
Access to Custom Homes Photo Archive
Lastly, we make our complete digital photo archive of past homes available to our customers in an effort to inspire and guide you through your decision-making.
