What Can I Build
Custom homes in Lakeside Estates are exclusive to total budgets (house + lot) of $950,000 and above. As always, the Robert Lucke Group welcomes each and every new customer to design and build from scratch, or to customize any of our pre-drawn plans.
For example, we might recommend The Bordeaux as an appropriate ranch home that would suite the community. The Chateau Cabernet may be a better starting point for those who prefer a two story or first floor master floor plan.
