Lakeside Estates can be found in the heart of one of the most highly regarded school districts in the area, Indian Hill Exempted Village. On its website the top-rated school system boasts an impressive ACT Composite score of 27–six points above the national average. Niche.com is a website that ranks “nearly 100,000 schools and districts based on statistics and millions of opinions from students and parents.” They ranked Indian Hill as the second best school district in Ohio (out of 608) and second in districts with the best teachers in Ohio.
But school district isn’t the only location factor in determining the value (and resale value) of your custom home. You should also consider a community’s overall surroundings. What is there to do and see in your area and how long do you have to travel to get there?
Whether you’re more of an outdoorsy type or you prefer to spend the day shopping or trying a new restaurant, Lakeside Estates is just minutes from some of the best attractions and activities in the Indian Hill/Kenwood/Madeira area.

What’s Available
So, what’s still available in this new Lucke development? Although three lots have already sold, there are still five premium and oversized home sites remaining. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 are still available and offer 1.30, 1.09, 1.00, 1.21 and 1.56 private acres, respectively.
What Can I Build
Custom homes in Lakeside Estates are exclusive to total budgets (house + lot) of $950,000 and above. As always, the Robert Lucke Group welcomes each and every new customer to design and build from scratch, or to customize any of our pre-drawn plans.
For example, we might recommend The Bordeaux as an appropriate ranch home that would suite the community. The Chateau Cabernet may be a better starting point for those who prefer a two story or first floor master floor plan.
